ওয়ারেন্টি ও সার্ভিস সমূহ:
- প্রতিটি উৎপাদিত পণ্যের জন্য ১২ মাসের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।
- কাঠের ঘুন-পোকার আক্রমণের ক্ষেত্রে ৫ বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।
- ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস গ্রহণের জন্য অবশ্যই অর্ডার মেমো এবং চালান প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি ও গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না:
- পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি হলে।
- অনুপযুক্তভাবে স্থানান্তর (Improper Transfer) করলে।
- দুর্ঘটনাজনিত কারণে ক্ষতি হলে।
- ত্রুটিযুক্তভাবে পুনরায় সেটআপ করলে।
- সঠিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের অভাবে।
Warranty and Services:
- Every product comes with a 12-month service warranty.
- In case of wood beetle attacks, a 5-year service warranty is applicable.
- Order memo and invoice must be presented to receive warranty service.
Warranty and guarantee will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused due to misuse of the product.
- Improper transfer or relocation.
- Accidental damage.
- Defective re-installation or reset.
- Lack of proper maintenance.
